This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual to join an innovative and ambitious team within the English Language Centre (ELC), a leading centre of excellence for EAP teaching.

The Assistant Learning Technologist will support the TEL Team, whose primary responsibilities are to design, develop, implement and evaluate learning and teaching technologies and resources.

The post holder will have responsibility for effectively supporting the delivery of TEL projects and programmes including the integration of blended and distance learning into curriculum design and development. They will work closely with academic and professional services colleagues and provide expert advice, training and guidance in using digital and learning technology solutions, to support e-learning activities.

This is a busy and varied role, that requires the ability to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines. Successful candidates will have demonstrable virtual learning environment and audio-visual production experience, preferably within an educational context, and an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. With a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will also be comfortable reviewing and evaluating learning technologies and identifying opportunities where necessary.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post.
