The Estates and Facilities Directorate provides a number of essential services to Durham University and are responsible for managing, maintaining and developing the infrastructure and building fabric across the estate.

It is an exciting time to join the team, as we are currently in Phase One of a three-phase programme, running until 2027, to deliver a new estate; supporting the University’s overarching strategy, with the design and construction of new teaching, leisure and accommodation facilities, alongside the repair and refurbishments to the existing infrastructure and buildings.

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our existing team.

The Project Manager will provide a total service in connection with the evaluation, planning, coordination, procurement, execution and timely completion of individual building/refurbishment/infrastructure/ remodelling projects within the Estates Strategy and wider-University Strategy.
