Programme Administrator

 King's Academy

King's Academy is looking for an experienced programmes administrator for the support of the department's development programmes, core workshops and events.

The Programmes Administrator will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive, professional and proactive support for King's Academy programmes, including; Learning & Teaching Programme (LTP), Graduate Teaching Assistant programme, Core Workshops, and HEA Recognition programme. The post holder will also lead on the Lightning Lunch networking event series and provide support for the coordination and administration of ad-hoc events and conferences.

We are looking for someone who has experience in providing administrative support for HE or CPD programmes in a busy office with competing demands. You will be motivated by the challenges and opportunities facing higher education, highly organised, and flexible in your approach. We are looking for someone who has proven skills in managing numerous tasks and prioritising workload with specific experience in maintaining records, working with booking systems and eLearning environments. Excellent oral and communication skills are essential as is an attention to detail.
