Apply your experience in Nursing and clinical practice to contribute to the preparation of students in the College of Nursing and Midwifery.

The Asia Pacific College of Nursing and Midwifery delivers teaching in the areas of Nursing and Midwifery. The education provided by the College is strongly grounded in a philosophy of working to advance health and wellbeing in partnership with individuals and communities. The College offers a range of undergraduate, honours and postgraduate programs that cater to students in pursuit of a health professional or research career and those in pursuit of lifelong learning.

As a Lecturer in Nursing you form part of a team of academic staff dedicated to the educational and professional preparation of nurses through the development, delivery and evaluation of nursing theory, practice and research. This includes the development and delivery of education units (including those intended for off-campus and flexible delivery modalities), clinical teaching and supervision for students engaged in clinical skill development activities.

To be successful you require post graduate qualifications at PhD level in nursing (or a health-related field) and demonstrated teaching experience at tertiary level including experience in planning, preparation and delivery of both internal and flexible online learning or equivalent experience in clinical education in the practice setting. This position may be based from any CDU Campus, so applicants from Darwin, Sydney, Brisbane and Alice Springs are encouraged to apply.
