Applications are invited for the post of Employer Engagement Officer – Events in the Department of Careers & Employability
The Careers & Employability Service is located in a prestigious new building at the heart of the campus. This is an exciting opportunity to join a motivated and strategically important team at a time of increasing focus on student employability.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Employer Programming, you will have responsibility for new and existing streams of employer engagement and will work with other staff and our student assistants to ensure that careers events and other activities are managed effectively. An important part of the role will be the development of employer-focused activities and in doing so, you will be required to collaborate with employers, alumni, careers consultants, academic and other departmental staff.
You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, experience of building effective relationships, and the ability to work calmly to deadlines in a very busy office. Strong teamwork skills and excellent attention to detail are essential as is a flexible, positive attitude. Experience of MS Office is essential.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
