The University of Bristol is working with the City Council, local communities and industry to develop a new £300 million campus in the Enterprise Zone at Temple Quarter. This exciting programme will bring immense benefits to the city of Bristol and beyond and will bring together engineers, social scientists and industry partners. The University is committed to using the Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus (TQEC) to reimagine what it means to be a civic university for the next century, by ensuring the new campus delivers life changing opportunities to communities, organisations and individuals across the city of Bristol.

We are delighted to offer an exciting and challenging role in our Change Management Team which will be crucial to the successful delivery of our Temple Quarter campus growth programme. If you are a qualified and experienced Change Manager with experience in organisational change we would love to hear from you.

You will work as part of a team to develop change management strategies to ensure effective engagement of stakeholders at all levels.

You will have tools and techniques at your fingertips, to help analyse stakeholder groups, their needs and expectations, and from this develop interventions and engagement to ensure all our staff understand the part they play in this exciting new venture.

You will have a deep understanding of the impact of transformational change in complex organisations, and be able to demonstrate your effectiveness in the delivery of successful change programmes.

You should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications in training and/ or facilitation would be an advantage.

Experience of delivering change programmes within large complex organisations would be beneficial.
