In June 2018, King's College London publicly announced its plans to create an International School for Government (ISfG). The first of its kind in the UK, the School will establish new models of teaching, learning, analysis and engagement to ensure that policymakers of the future are equipped to navigate emerging societal challenges and help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the public sector. The ISfG is led by Hon. Alexander Downer AC, former Australian Foreign Minister and High Commissioner to the UK. 

The Lecturer in the ISfG are newly created positions, the main purpose of which is to contribute to the development and delivery of new online CPD modules. These modules are aimed at mid-career professionals, who will study whilst working full-time, and are due to launch in May 2019. 

The Lecturer may also be required to assist with admissions decision-making and administration. 

The ISfG is based at the Strand Campus. This role is available immediately at between 0.5 and 1.0 FTE.

This role is part time to full time - 0.5 FTE up to 1.0 FTE (17.5 - 35 hours per week).

The post will be offered on a fixed term contract for 2 years.

The selection process will include a panel interview and a presentation.
