An exciting opportunity exists to join the Faculty of Social Sciences as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Dean. The Faculty of Social Sciences is a community of academics, students and professional staff who are all dedicated to making a difference through high quality teaching and learning, research and public debate. Our partnerships, community engagement and advocacy are integral to what we do. We have significant local, national and international research and teaching linkages that contribute strongly to a robust teaching and research profile.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is dynamic, passionate about service and team oriented to provide high level and confidential executive support to the Executive Dean in order to deliver efficient administration support in line with the University’s strategic goals.

This position will manage all aspects of the Executive Dean’s time, travel and resource management, including but not limited to diary management, events coordination and liaison with both internal and external stakeholders to provide clear communication.
