Job description

An exciting time to be working with a great employer and forming part of supporting our credible apprenticeship programme within Organisation Development.

Role is designed to support the successful execution of the Coventry University internal staff apprenticeship programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the apprenticeship levy and ensuring organisational investment is met.

An experienced learning and development professional with extensive apprenticeship knowledge and experience. Demonstrating high levels of experience in managing internal staff apprenticeship programmes.

This role will ensure organisational investment is relished for staff on programme, whilst assisting to deliver credible learning and development opportunities.

There will be a requirement to deliver a range of projects across the business for multiple departments, with a focus of facilitating apprentice development, whilst confidently building relationships with internal stakeholders.
