IT Services has a vacancy for a manager for the End-User Computing team.

Sitting within the Support group, and reporting to the 3rd Line Support Manager, this is a challenging role that will require the successful candidate to be a hands-on engineer, a leader and a line manager.

You will lead, and be a part of, a team of technical experts with responsibility for our end-user device management systems (Microsoft System Center, Intune, Munki) and our operating system deployment, application distribution and configuration management services. The team also provide 3rd line fix resolution in support of our service desk and provide the technical lead in large projects (e.g. Windows 10 upgrade).

As team manager you will provide both managerial and technical leadership, setting the direction of the team’s activities in line with IT Services’ objectives and the University’s strategic aims.
