The University of Melbourne has an agreement with Orygen for designated employees to be made available to undertake activities for Orygen, and this arrangement will apply to you. This position represents an excellent opportunity to work within the Functional Recovery in Youth Mental Health Research team at Orygen, the National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health and the Centre for Youth Mental Health, University of Melbourne.
The position is funded through a NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence in the Prevention of Mental Illness and Substance Use (PREMISE CRE https://sydney.edu.au/research/centres/matilda-centre.html).
The successful candidate will make use of existing data examining functional recovery, substance use and social inclusion in youth mental health. In addition, they will also develop their own research ideas and apply for funding for these ideas. This position reports to Professor Eóin Killackey.
