Programme Leader in HE Illustration
Hartlepool
Permanent
35 hours per week
Annual Salary: £36,093 - £43,085 (based on increments, starting salary £36,093)
The Northern School of Art, is an independent school delivering vocational, innovative industry relevant programmes of study. We achieved a Gold award in regards to teaching excellence framework. Based in the vibrant North East within a stimulating and genuine Art School context. We are seeking a creative individual with a strong knowledge of contemporary illustration practice.
The Programme Leader will lead a skilled team of Lecturers and Technician Demonstrators to deliver high quality programmes of teaching to enable students to achieve their qualifications and progress. You will have responsibility for managing resources and for ensuring high standards throughout. You will also be responsible for ensuring strong links with industry to maintain relevance of the qualification.
The Programme Leader should be an experienced positive and organised individual, ideally with a full teaching qualification. You should have relevant professional / commercial experience and preferably hold or be working towards a post graduate qualification.
