Job description

Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship to deliver high quality learning and teaching outcomes on its growing portfolio of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The successful applicant will have considerable teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level within a higher education environment. A good honours degree and a PhD (or working towards) in a related area of study are essential.

The successful applicant will have a flexible and innovative approach to learning and teaching, and have the ability to engage with work-based learning using technology with a willingness to work effectively with employers. An ability to supervise student dissertations and undertake research and/or knowledge transfer is essential as well as the ability to contribute to knowledge transfer/research activities.

With experience of developing and delivering high-quality learning and teaching materials, the post holder will be able to work to deadlines and have a professional approach to administrative duties.
