Senior Program Coordinator, Humphrey Fellowship Program, Questrom School of Business
The Senior Program Coordinator role will assist in the daily administrative operations of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, including account and budget managing support, database and files maintenance, and event planning logistics. This position maintain Program events and travel calendar for staff and Fellows. The Senior Program Coordinator will support Fellows with a variety of different needs, including serving as a resource regarding health insurance inquiries, researching BU resources available to Fellows, and managing community service initiatives. This role will serve as a secondary liaison to internal and outside entities including the Institute for International Education (IIE) in Washington, D.C. Due to the nature of the Program, some evening and weekend work may be required.
