Research Technician, School of Medicine
The laboratory in the department of Dermatology at Boston University School of Medicine focuses on epigenetics and therapeutic target development for melanoma and skin diseases using a chemical genetics approach. We sought to a junior research technician for performing scientific experiments as well as general laboratory maintenances. Scientific responsibilities require the following laboratory skills: conventional molecular biology techniques (western blot and immunoprecipitation, molecular cloning, and PCR analysis), cell culture, histology and immunohistochemistry, and animal handling.
