About the Job
As the Research Associate, you will contribute to research in order to achieve defined objectives and test stated hypotheses related to medicinal chemistry and drug design for cancer research. You will offer new ideas on research directions, participate in the production of data to explore possible new methods and directions and review relevant literature.
As an active member of the research, you will contribute to the dissemination of new knowledge by assembling data for scientific papers along with attending and participating in conferences. You will also assess the requirements for laboratory and contribute to a safe and ethical working environment.
Skills and Experience
You will have a post graduate qualification in Medicinal Chemistry and an extensive knowledge of all aspects of medicinal chemistry and drug design. Your successful record of publications in highly-ranked refereed journals paired with strong project management skills and the ability to work across a diverse research team will be vital to your success.
