Leeds Arts University is the only specialist arts university in the North of England. We have contributed significantly to the development of arts education for over 170 years, and have developed a national and international reputation based on the achievements of our students and staff.

In order to support the University through this stage of expansion we are looking to employ an individual with highly effective organisation and management skills, to support the continued development of the Quality and Standards Office.

The role is responsible for a wide range of quality assurance activities across the University, providing analysis, reports and detailed plans to support quality assurance and enhancement activities and supporting the University in meeting its external accountabilities and internal responsibilities with respect to academic standards.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent academic or professional qualification, have significant previous administrative experience in a Higher Education environment and have knowledge and experience of quality assurance systems in Higher Education including an understanding of the UK quality assurance environment.
