Job description

Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Innovation and Change Management to deliver high quality learning and teaching outcomes on its growing portfolio of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The successful applicant will have considerable teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level within a higher education environment, specifically within management and related subjects. A good honours degree and a PhD in a related area of study is essential.

The successful applicant will have a flexible approach to learning and teaching, and the ability to engage with work-based learning using technology with a willingness to work effectively with employers. An ability to supervise student dissertations and undertake research and/or knowledge transfer is essential. They should also possess significant learning and teaching experience and have experience of working as part of an academic team in the design and delivery of high-quality learning and teaching materials. They should also have experience in programme management.

Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston.
