University of Bristol Students’ Union role

We’re looking for someone with a passion for events to ensure the Students’ Union is a go to destination as part of a diverse range of event programming. Someone who has a passion for customer service and likes working in a varied and busy team. Comfortable with taking a lead on negotiating contracts and deliver bespoke events for clients.

Hours: 35 hours including evenings and weekends. We will consider requests for flexible working.
Contract: Permanent

Who are you?

  • You’ll have experience in organising a wide variety of events, working with diverse stakeholders.
  • You’ll be confident and at home with managing logistics, diaries, liaising with clients and building bespoke packages of events.
  • You know how to create, plan and organise within a busy environment.
  • You’re a natural team player
