Salary package: $71,509 - $131,402 per annum plus 17% Superannuation
Term: Full-time, Fixed term (3 years)
The Postdoctoral/Research Fellow will work within the Department of Theoretical Physics to work on Quantum Tunnelling of Complex Systems, a Discovery Project funded by the Australian Research Council. The project is to develop new theoretical concepts and tools to simulate quantum many-body dynamics of tunnelling, with potential applications to low-energy fusion between atomic nuclei.
The ANU College of Science (CoS) comprises: the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics, the Research School of Biology, the Research School of Chemistry, the Research School of Earth Science, the Fenner School of Environment and Society, the Mathematical Sciences Institute, the Research School of Physics and Engineering, and the Centre for the Public Awareness of Science.
