We have recently been successful in winning a contract with the City of York Council to deliver Project Management for their ‘Building a place based narrative’ project. To deliver this exciting project in partnership with key organisations, businesses and institutions across the City of York we are recruiting an additional Senior Project and Business Analyst to join the Strategic Projects and Change Team. The post is fixed-term for 18 months, with review points at 6 and 12 months. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the ‘Building a place based narrative’ project under the leadership of the Head of Strategic Projects and Change with direction from a range of partners involved in the project. As a member of the Strategic Projects and Change team you will manage the implementation of the project using the YSJ Project Framework. You will have experience of tailoring project management principles to the context in which you have previously worked alongside first-hand experience of business analysis. Your interpersonal skills will be exceptional and you will have expertise in negotiation, influence and persuasion.
