Job description

Supporting and project managing a collaborative Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project between P&A Fencing &Sheds Ltd (the Company partner), and Cardiff Metropolitan University (the Academic partner).

Role Summary:     

To take a lead role in managing and embedding within the company the professional activities of Market Research; User Centred (Product) Design (UCD) and Design For Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) (and Transportation) in order to provide the Zest-4-Leisure brand of self-build garden products a market leading position. This will be achieved through end-user recognition of being easy to build, having good appearance with product features targeted to the user needs of a segmented market.

Interviews will take place in Mold, North Wales.
