About the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, development and management of the effective delivery of Library services to University, and the provision of advice to the Director, Library Services on strategic policy and program development. 

About you

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in library management, including management of human and financial resources and administration management. 

You will utilise your innovative approach and high level stakeholder engagement skills to contribute to the continuing discussion and development of contemporary and future libraries.

Your track record in managing complex projects will be advantageous in leading continuous organisational improvement and managing staff in rapidly changing environment.

Eligibility for professional membership of ALIA (Australian Library and Information Association) is essential.
