Job description
Coventry University has a strong reputation for its internationalization agenda and tops the HESA league tables for international mobility, which benefits staff and students alike. International mobility is an important and celebrated part of the corporate and directly supports the intellectual, social and cultural capital of the Coventry University Group (CUG).
Based in the Centre for Global Engagement (CGE), this role is to provide efficient administration of funding and reporting for international mobility whilst delivering high level of customer service to all of our stakeholders.
The Academic Mobility Clerical Assistants have responsibility for assisting the organizational and administrative support to the International Mobility provision and will assist in maintaining effective and efficient administration procedures. The clerical assistants also support both inbound and outbound student mobility through a number of innovative international schemes on offer at the CGE.
There are a total of two posts on offer. This role is also being offered as part of our new Degree Level Apprenticeship Programme which gives you the opportunity to study and apply this learning in your job role. Studying for a degree will form part of the offer and therefore you need to be able to commit to studying (on a day release basis) over a 4-year period.
