Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 494193), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree preferably in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering or a related discipline, with experience in developing and applying bioinformatics software to solve a variety of biomedical problems.  They should also be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team; and must be proficient in at least one computer programming language.  The appointee will participate in research projects relating to single-cell analysis, disease genomics, metagenomics, and systems biology.  Enquiries about the post should be sent to Dr. Joshua Ho at jwkho@hku.hk.
