We are seeking to appoint an efficient and approachable research administrator for the recently funded UK-China AMR Hub, a Newton Fund partnership initiative. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high quality administrative support to the UK PI and Hub Manager as well as working with and providing support to partners from a range of Universities, both in the UK and in China. The role requires an ability to communicate well with all stakeholders, some of whose first language is not English. Responsibilities will include organising meetings (both virtual and face-to-face), booking national and international travel arrangements, processing expenses, complex diary management, arranging international and regional workshops, training visits and staff travel, dealing with incoming communications and supporting the management of the study website.
