Department : S&E Director's Office
The purpose of the role is to provide support to a range of projects and activities to improve business process and systems within the PACT (Programme Administration Change Transformation) programme, managed and delivered by the Business Support and Change team within the Students & Education (SED) Directorate.
The successful candidate will provide professional support to leads within the team, with responsibility for specific administrative tasks to support delivery of a range of projects, as well as contributing to broader administrative support.
Areas of responsibility will include administrative support and logistical planning for shared recruitment activities for Programme Administration across the university and project management support for the PACT programme, including updating and maintenance of programme and project plans, and supporting reporting and communications requirements. Other duties will be delegated as required, based on project and programme priorities.
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.
This is a full time post - 100% full time equivalent.
The selection process will include a panel interview and an assessment.
Grade and Salary : Grade 4, £27,994 to £31,053 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.
