Surrey Sports Park is looking to recruit a receptionist and administrator to join their dynamic and ambitious Health, Fitness and Wellbeing team.

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for visitors and potential clients to the Fitness Suite, ensuring they are received in a welcoming and efficient manner and are provided with the required information and direction. Contributing to a positive visitor experience and upholding the professional image of the park, as well as holding responsibility for co-ordinating the diaries of members of the Health, Fitness & Wellbeing (HFW) team, the booking system of The Treatment Room and providing administrative support for the operation of the team’s services.

Applicants should be highly organised with a proactive approach to their work, with the necessary skills to provide outstanding customer service. Forming a part of the HFW Receptionist Team the successful applicant will be professional and approachable with excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey throughout the HFW services.
