The Hallam Help team sits within Student Help and Advice. Hallam Help is the first point of contact on campus for all support queries. At key locations across campus, Hallam Help is here to provide support with all aspects of students Hallam experience.

As a Hallam Help Administrator you will provide high quality, customer-centred advice and guidance through a range of approaches including face-to-face and virtual provision, across campuses. You will work collaboratively to deliver and develop a multidisciplinary, inclusive and responsive service, to ensure customer service excellence.

You will have experience of working in a customer services environment, providing an excellent customer service, including managing enquiries. Good knowledge of a range of administration activities is essential, alongside the ability to support meetings, appointments, events and projects.
