Job description

Continuing success means that we must expand our Conversion Team to meet current demand and hit ambitious recruitment targets.

We need an iconic Head of International Conversion who will:-

  • Successfully deliver and improve a complex and evolving conversion strategy covering several simultaneous intakes, multiple brand propositions and for campuses located across the UK.
  • Give effective management and inspirational leadership to the entire Conversion Team and direct reports based in the UK and in regional hubs throughout the world.
  • Possess a confidence and credibility to influence and persuade internal stakeholders, external customers and colleagues during the hard times as well as the good ones.

The International Office takes responsibility for recruiting students to study for a Coventry University degree. We take pride in understanding the needs of different students from different cultures, both in the EU and outside the EU.
