About the position

Bond International provides administrative support and advice to prospective international students and incorporates the key functions of global engagement within the University. Reporting to the Manager, Study Abroad and Exchange, the Study Abroad and Exchange Officer is responsible for the professional and efficient administration of processes relating to inbound study abroad and exchange applications.

Student exchange and mobility is an exciting and growing focus of the university that enhances the overall student experience and graduate outcomes. This position will work coordinate the study abroad admissions processes including nominations from partners, assessment of applications, and generating offers and admittance into the programs. This position will also coordinate the marketing and communications plan for promotion and delivery of the study abroad program.

The role will work closely with internal faculties, the student business centre, marketing and external government agencies.

About the person:

The successful candidate will be Bachelor degree qualified with previous administrative experience in a University and/or other policy-related environment at a similar level. They will have a demonstrated commitment to applying relevant and applicable policies, procedures and legislation, marketing experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

The ability to manage work activities efficiently whilst maintaining a high standard of attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in marketing, communications and/or events.

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $66 132 plus 9.5% superannuation pa.
