We are looking for a Student Recruitment Operations Co-ordinator (Student Ambassadors) to join our UK Student Recruitment service. The UK Student Recruitment Team ensures that the University meets student recruitment targets across all markets, securing our supply chain through attracting and converting high quality students from a diverse range of backgrounds and geographical areas.

Working within the team, you will provide operational delivery of high quality, customer focused recruitment operations; coordinating the development and delivery of a robust, diverse Student Ambassador scheme that meets the needs of the University's recruitment strategy, ensuring deployment of appropriate workforce to delivery activity.

The scheme provides high quality Student Ambassadors to all teams within the UK Student Recruitment service (this includes the Schools and College Engagement Team and the Outreach and Widening Participation Team). You will work closely with colleagues from across the University to ensure that there is both consistency and alignment with other Student Ambassador Schemes.

You will also work closely and in partnership with all the Student Recruitment Operations Coordinators to ensure effective development and delivery of all recruitment operations.

You will have an understanding of the Higher Education environment, with experience of coordinating the delivery of multiple projects and activities. This role will require the ability to work with databases, interpreting information and making recommendations; as well as, strong communication and time management and organisational skills.
