The Reception Helpdesk Assistant will be responsible for providing reception services and associated administration of the front-desk, including welcome service, professionally greeting staff, visitors, students and users of the building, providing assistance, directions and information.
The post-holder will be required to provide cover at any of the University’s receptions, as required.
There are 2 available positions.
The working week will be five days out of seven, primarily Monday to Friday. This will include evening and weekends, as business demands. The post is fixed term for 18 months.
