Melbourne School of Professional and Continuing Education (MSPACE) Appointment of Academic Program Directors

Salary: Senior Lecturer Level C ($120,993 - $139,510 p.a. plus 17% superannuation) or Associate Professor Level D ($145,685 - $160,500 p.a. plus 17% superannuation), subject to qualifications and experience.

Reporting to the Head of School of MSPACE, each of the Academic Program Directors will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of teaching and learning programs within a defined discipline cluster. Drawing upon the latest developments in professional, continuing and executive education practice, they will work with colleagues in the School and across the University to help develop and drive programs of outstanding quality and relevance.

Successful applicants will bring a strong track record as educationalists and innovators within a relevant discipline area. They will be able to work collegially and persuasively in an elite higher education context and have the capacity to drive initiatives using their clear grasp of teaching and learning excellence. They will also have a flair for entrepreneurialism and sound commercial aptitude.
