Information Learning and Estates is a converged ICT, Library, Print Services, AV/Media and Estates Development department.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Architect with experience of working within Enterprise Architecture in a professional environment to join our ICT Service Delivery team within the Directorate of Information Learning and Estates.  We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys working across a variety of projects and systems/applications, who is interested in technology and its application in supporting the business. The successful candidate will bring with them demonstrable, current knowledge and experience in a similar role and operational ICT knowledge and skills.

Working closely with our team of Systems, Networking, Desktops and Applications Specialists, the post holder will take a leading role in the analysis of technical & project requirements and the continued development of appropriate business and IT architectures. In addition, the post holder will support the ICT Service delivery team in the continual improvement of existing systems, architecture and processes.
