Vacancy:  Online Resources Coordinator (Assessments)  –  Coventry

Based at Head Office in Coventry and reporting to the Online Resources manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of module assessments for both Distance Learning and Blended Learning students.  

The post-holder will work proactively in collaboration with Academic, Registry, Student Support and IT teams as well as University partners to provide a seamless service in the creation, sign off and upload of high quality end of module assessment documentation within set timescales.  Working as part of the Academic Resources team you will be expected to meet tight deadlines whilst creating strong relationships across the organisation and contributing to continuous improvement to enhance delivery.

This is a fast-paced environment where standards are high, so you will need to hit the ground running and be able to deliver results with short notice.   

Personal Profile: 

You will be a self-motivated individual, able to use your own initiative, confident in problem solving, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy at all times.

An organised and methodical individual, you will be experienced in the planning and delivery of high quality work by set deadlines. You will be able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively and collaborate with others to achieve agreed objectives, as well as working independently.  You will need to be able to adapt to change and react quickly when issues arise.  

Candidates should have strong IT skills and be proficient in the use of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to forge good working relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.  Previous experience within the education sector will be advantageous, but not essential.
