The person in this position will lead an existing portfolio of training and consultation projects aimed at improving the implementation of evidence-based treatments for children with autism spectrum disorder in schools and community settings. Responsibilities include expanding existing school-based consultation projects, developing relationships with new local education and behavioral health entities and collaborating with departments at Penn to develop new training initiatives.

Candidate will lead a team of Master s level clinicians, provide training on evidence-based interventions and school-based consultation and clinical supervision to staff and trainees. The person in this position will monitor compliance and reporting, and develop protocols to determine the efficacy of consultation and treatment. S/he will partner with researchers as they develop and field projects related to this work.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Clinical or School Psychology and 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. License eligible as a psychologist in Pennsylvania and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Qualified applicants must have an expert knowledge of autism, autism interventions, school-based consultation, and experience leading a team. Applicants must have 3 years experience working effectively in an academic, school, or hospital setting to provide treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder. Experience supervising clinicians and trainees, and training educators and parents on the use of evidence-based practice is required. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and pass a PA Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance.
