We are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant who will provide a high level of administrative support to Student Records. The work will involve the accurate execution of important operational processes, the provision of support and information for students, colleagues and third parties, participation in continuous improvement of business processes and contribution to the development of Registry. The successful candidates will also work closely with colleagues within the wider Registry team and across the University.
It is the intention of the University to establish a student administration desk, to provide a single point of contact for routine student academic administration. This post will be part of the team of the student administration desk once the unit is established, and in the interim will be assigned to the Student Records Office.
Executive Assistant Salary Scale: €24,394 - €39,114 p.a. (13 points)
Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.
*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the above scale.
