Provide administrative support to members of The Center for Cellular Immunotherapies and The Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy at the University of Pennsylvania. Duties include keeping calendars, arranging meetings, taking minutes for these meetings, maintaining document records, coordinating travel arrangements (internal and external, providing schedules), submitting expense reports, maintaining current CVs/biosketches and assisting with letters. This position assures the smooth operation of the PICI’s and CCI’s day-to-day business and administrative needs. This position will require occasional work outside of regular work hours.

High School diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate’s Degree or higher preferred. Must be detailed oriented and be able to work independently. Excellent written and communication skills preferred.
