The Education & Students Business Change team is responsible for the delivery of business process improvement and change management through the PACT (Programme Administration Change Transformation) programme, and supporting the implementation of King's Education Strategy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to support the implementation and ongoing management of new business processes and systems delivered through E&S change projects. The role will initially focus on supporting the delivery of placement management at King's, particularly our placement management solution, InPlace, and associated business policies and processes. This will include close liaison with faculties and departments, IT and the supplier, providing configuration analysis and development for the Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine (FoLSM), and the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Palliative Care (FNFNMPC). They will also support the university's service lead for placements as they develop a comprehensive placement strategy and service management model.
Future areas of work may include supporting the ongoing development of other student administrative systems and related processes.
The post holder should have excellent analytical skills and knowledge of IT systems in HE, as well as experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders to understand, document and analyse business requirements and embed system and process change. The selection process will include a panel interview and an assessment activity.

Grade and Salary : £37,412 - £44,015 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance
