The University of Bristol are looking to appoint a Disability Services Manager (job share) with a strong commitment to providing high quality information, advice and guidance to disabled students and developing inclusive practice in higher education.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the University’s commitment to an inclusive learning environment where all our students can flourish. The role focuses on operational leadership of Disability Services; ensuring a high standard of provision for students, with a clear focus on their educational experience.

As a Disability Services Manager you will be a strong relationship builder with substantial experience and knowledge of the issues affecting disabled students in higher education. You will also have experience of managing complex cases, including the management of risk.

A proven ability to take an evidence-led approach to service design and delivery would be an advantage.

You will also have experience of leading, motivating and developing a diverse team.

If you are passionate about leading a service that is focused on making a difference to students, then we look forward to hearing from you.
