Vacancy: Student Support Co-ordinator (Coventry)

Reporting to the Student Support Team Leader for Distance Learning, you will be responsible for the care and support of a group of distance learners as part of the wider team from enrolment to graduation, taking ownership of their progression, retention and support through first line response to queries via email, phone and skype. This will also include proactive outreach to students who are in challenging circumstances to help them find a way forward with their studies. As part of a cohesive Student Support Team, the Distance Learning Team provide support to the Blended Student Support Team and this role will involve travel to other campuses on occasion.

You will have high energy, determination and drive, always championing the voice of your students. You will demonstrate attention to detail and be flexible in your approach to working with people, always seeking supportive resolutions.
