Psychology is one of the most popular subjects in higher education, with many students interested in the prospect of becoming psychologists. Employment in this discipline is expected to grow over the next five years.

This is your chance to make a difference to the growth of this discipline, playing a key role in the workplace learning of these aspiring professionals. The University currently has two opportunities available to work within its psychology clinic either as a Specialist or as a Clinic Manager. These opportunities may be offered on full time or part time basis dependent on the individual and to facilitate continuation of professional practice – subject to the business needs of the University.

To be successful in this role you will be a qualified, registered, and endorsed Clinical Psychologist and will be an AHPRA Board-approved clinical supervisor for postgraduate students. You will have experience working with a mix of clients, and you will be able to conduct cognitive assessments and be able to train students in their use. You will have a proven ability to work as part of a leadership team providing either on the job training/coaching/ operational oversight to student psychologists or high level operational/management expertise, or a mix of both within a leading edge and quality-focused environment.

You will be known for your innovative and people centric style with a real ability to bring your depth and breadth of technical expertise to support others in their professional development and well as lead the delivery of operational excellence.
