This position will serve as the Faculty Affairs/Payroll Coordinator, preparing and completing accurate dossiers for all faculty appointments, reappointments and promotions, facilitating faculty recruitment (search committees, travel schedules and meetings), schedule monthly Academic Appointments and Promotions committee meetings. This position will work closely with the Office of Faculty Affairs and the Office of Medical Affairs . The Incumbent will also provide administrative support to the Manager of Staffing (Onboarding new hires, posting positions, assisting with Foreign National visa processes) and will perform department functions ( website and database updates, service recognition awards, maintaining Faculty support pages and conflict of interest forms).
A Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience working within an academic environment preferred.
