The University of Bristol is looking to appoint three talented and enthusiastic Student Systems Officers (Support Analysts) to join the established and growing Student Systems Team which has responsibility for supporting and maintaining the University’s central Student Records System.

We will soon be releasing a series of major new features and you will play a key part in making the launch a success.

You will have a strong focus on customer service with experience of supporting a wide range of staff in their use of complex business applications, ideally Tribal SITS and eVision in an HE environment. You will have a versatile and analytical approach to solving problems with a keen eye for opportunities to improve processes and systems. You will prioritise your work effectively under pressure and will be used to producing documentation both for your team and the users you support.

There are three full-time roles available, one is open-ended and two are fixed term until December 2020. You will be considered for both the open-ended and fixed-term positions unless you specify otherwise in your application.
