Warwick seeks two Research Excellence Framework (REF) Coordinators to assistin the preparations for the University’s submission to REF 2021. The posts willjoin the R&IS REF Team and will work alongside colleagues in a range ofdepartments across the University, on the organisation, checking and analysis ofdata relating to REF and the provision of reports on the University’s preparedness in the run up to REF submission.
The REF Team at Warwick works within a highly collaborative environment with strong relationships across the academic departments and administrative support functions and you should have therefore have a proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, representing the University’s interests whilst also building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have a good honours degree, or equivalent and previous experience of working in a research environment, preferably within Higher Education or a
research funding agency is desirable. You will be extremely well organised, have strong analytical skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience of working within the REF environment is desirable, but not essential. You will be a highly motivated, committed team member who can demonstrate an ability to work flexibly and accurately under pressure, often to tight deadlines.
The posts are fixed term until March 2021.
