This is a permanent, full time (35 hours p/w) post

The Senior Technical Analyst (Security) will be responsible for supporting IT security at the University to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of University information.

The role will contribute to the identification and assessment of security risks and the implementation of controls to reduce risk, meeting the existing and future needs of the University. The role will require broad IT knowledge (systems, networks, applications, hardware) and security technology knowledge (anti-malware, encryption, Security logging and monitoring, network security), and knowledge of information governance principles (risk, legislation, standards, policy and procedures).
