About the Job

An exciting opportunity exists within the Professional Placements team for a Communication and Project Officer to support the exposure, brand recognition and awareness of Swinburne’s placement offerings.

Drawing upon your marketing and communication experience, you will partner with key internal and external stakeholders in coordinating email templates, social media materials and written/visual testimonials that align with strategic events and marketing initiatives.

Your contribution will be driving the success of our communication strategies to ensure Swinburne’s reputation of employability for our future students.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree with subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training
  • Demonstrated experience in coordination of different mediums of communications through high level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in high quality administration and project management in a client-centric environment,
  • Experience establishing relationships and engagement with stakeholders.
