COORDINATOR, ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONS, Sloan School of Management, to serve as a key member of the External Relations (OER) Administration and Operations team. Will serve as a vital resource in managing data integrity and execute a wide range of information management and administrative service-related tasks for both the team and department. Responsibilities include documenting policies and procedures, identifying strategic opportunities to improve department workflow, vetting data requests, preparing and analyzing data, and collaborating across Sloan departments and the wider MIT advancement community on projects related to Sloan alumni and donor information. Will also work closely with the senior business and process analyst on developing and implementing the MIT Sloan Annual Fund direct mail strategy. Will report to the senior business and process analyst.

Bachelor’s degree; at least three years’ experience in a similar role; strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop/implement process improvements; project management experience; ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment; meticulous attention to detail; comfort as decision maker; and solid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Advance or similar systems and reporting software tools.
