We are looking for a talented bio/informatician to join a young international team of bioinformaticians and biologists, at the earliest possible opportunity, at CEITEC MU1, in Brno, CZ.

The focus of the position will be the development of the Encyclopedia of CLL Subsets 2 and of our ARResT3 bioinformatic platform – also in the context of our long-term involvement in the European EuroClonality-NGS4 consortium.

Candidates of any level of education and experience are invited to apply.

Skills in scripting languages (R and R’s Shiny package, Python / Perl, javascript) and good spoken and written English are essential.

Experience in statistics and in system administration will be considered a plus.

The position is available now until the end of 2019, with excellent chances of prolongation if all goes well - arrangements are negotiable.
